Shipping time refers to estimated business days after the order has been shipped. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not guaranteed. Shipping methods may change due to specific situations.
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping time does not include the 1 – 2 day processing period. Additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues. The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your destination address is entered.
Contact Customer Support within 180 days of order placement for any shipping issues. An extra $30 shipping fee may apply for remote areas outside DHL service.
About Customs Duties and Fees

Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Delivery Assurance

If your goods are lost or checked, we will redeliver them promptly.
